According to the Public Relations Department of RWT Company, Dr. Sedighi, Chief Executive Officer, accompanied by the Deputy Director of Domestic Transportation and the Hormozgan Regional Manager, visited Hormozgan Province to inspect railway operations in the region, assess existing operational challenges, and hold specialized meetings with senior managers of Hormozgan Railway, Hormozgan Steel Company, and the company's contracting partners in order to identify and remove operational obstacles

Commenting on the visit, Dr. Sedighi stated that creating the necessary foundation for a significant transformation in the company's revenue-generating activities, including attracting regional freight and expanding transit cargo through the North-South Corridor, required a comprehensive review of railway logistics capabilities, particularly in the Hormozgan region
.
In this regard, a productive meeting was held with Eng. Nasiri, Director General of Hormozgan Railway, to discuss issues affecting the company's strategic roadmap for cargo transit from CIS countries. Another part of the discussions focused on challenges related to dispatching freight from eastern regions to Hormozgan Steel facilities using high-sided wagons, as well as the operational movement of the company's petroleum cargo wagons. These matters received positive feedback, and assurances were provided regarding future cooperation and support in addressing potential challenges.
Dr. Sedighi also referred to his visit to the chemical cargo storage facility and his meeting with the CEO of Arya-Bandar Company. During the visit, loading and unloading operations were reviewed, followed by a meeting with Eng. Aghamiri, CEO of Arya-Bandar Company, regarding the optimization of operational processes. He announced that all available resources and personnel would be mobilized to facilitate the unloading and loading of transit cargo destined for maritime transportation

At the conclusion of the visit, Eng. Masouri, Deputy Director of Domestic Transportation, reported on a joint meeting with Messrs. Foroughi, Almasi, and Nazari, senior managers of Hormozgan Steel Company. Various issues related to the existing contract were discussed, including timely cargo supply to prevent wagon idle time and the status of outstanding receivables. Through constructive discussions, practical decisions and effective solutions were adopted to address the existing challenges.
