A strategic meeting was held between the CEOs of rail freight transportation companies and senior executives of Isfahan Steel Company.
According to the Public Relations Department of the RWT Company, quoting Isfahan Rail, on Tuesday, September 25, 1404 (16 ⁄ 9 ⁄ 2025), a strategic meeting was held with the participation of Mr. Sedighi, CEO of the RWT Company, Mohammadreza Changani, Director General of Isfahan Railway, senior executives of Isfahan Steel Company, and CEOs of rail freight transportation companies.
The meeting focused on determining the rail transportation ownership tariff for Isfahan Steel cargo shipments, negotiating reductions in logistics costs, improving the efficiency of rail freight transportation, increasing the speed of safe train operations, and expanding green transportation.
Referring to the environmental and economic advantages of rail transportation, Changani described the agreement as an opportunity to achieve sustainable development in line with the objectives of the Seventh Development Plan and to strengthen the supply chain of the steel industry.
