According to the Public Relations Department of RWT Company, the Annual General Meeting of the company for the fiscal year ending March 20, 2025, was held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. The meeting was attended by the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy CEO, and senior officials of the Railway Employees Savings Fund Institution, as well as the CEO, members of the Board of Directors of RWT Company, and representatives of the corporate shareholders.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Nazari, CEO of the Railway Employees Savings Fund Institution, expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the CEO and employees of RWT Company, particularly for their dedication during the recent 12-day imposed war.
Following the presentation of reports and the review of agenda items, the company's reports and financial statements were approved by the Institution’s auditor and statutory inspector.
During the meeting, the members of the Board of Directors presented a report on the company's achievements and accomplishments over the past year to the distinguished attendees.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Nazari and his accompanying delegation visited the workplace of the company's employees. While thanking them for their efforts and commitment, they wished them continued success and prosperity in their professional endeavors.
